The terms and conditions apply between The Green Desk of Sweden, org no: 890930-4084 and to you who place an order from us via www.thegreendesk.se
By placing an order at www.thegreendesk.se you approve of the current terms and conditions stated below.
“We” “our” and “us” in the text above and below refers to The Green Desk of Sweden.
All fraud will be reported to the police.

We reserve the right for any writing errors on the website, market materials, product descriptions and final sales of products.
We always strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, some color differences may occur depending on screen, resolution and photo quality.
Product names and logos may be protected by trademark law or by market law. Content may not be copied or used without prior written consent of The Green Desk of Sweden.

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website.

Prices & Payment

We offer payment via Klarna Checkout where you can choose invoice, card payment, partial payment or direct bank payment. All prices include applicable VAT, which is currently 25%. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs will be added to the prices. The total price for the order is displayed before you complete the order. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase at www.thegreendesk.se, under the age of 18, parental consent is required.

Shipping & Delivery

After completed order you will receive your order confirmation with all information about your purchase. Goods we have on stock are normally delivered within 3-10 working days. At high order pressure the delivery time could somewhat differ.

Uncollected packages

Valid and correct delivery information must be provided. If a package is sent back to us due to wrong delivery address you will be responsible for paying new shipping cost.

Damage & Defects

We check all products before shipping.
If the package arrives damaged, do not accept the package and notify pick up point immediately.
Defects that wasn’t visible at pick up should, within reasonable time after the defect has been detected be notified to us via email: hello@thegreendesk.se

Returns & Refunds

When returning a product, you will be responsible for any damages to it. It’s very important that you return it in the undamaged condition. Add a note that includes your order number and name.

Cancellations

According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers always have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Please contact us if (during that time) you want to return the product for a refund.

Disputes

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved whit us, you, as customer, are entitled to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN. 

Residents of an EU country other than Sweden can submit complaints online via the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
